The Bardstown Fire Department conducted 215 inspections in June and found 303 violations. All violations have to be corrected to receive a passing inspection.

Year to Date Building Fire and Life Safety Inspections

From January 1, 2016 until May 31, 2016 the Bardstown Fire Department conducted 284 occupancy inspections and found 923 violations. Business owners have 60 days to correct violations that are found before facing penalties. The Bardstown Fire Department conducts fire and life safety inspections in order to prevent fires and ensure patron and employee safety in accordance with State and Federal Laws.
