1. Work orders are scheduled
3 working days from the date the order is received.
If you are unable to be home for an installation appointment,
you may be represented by a family member or neighbor provided
that he or she is at least 18 years old and is authorized to sign
for completed work.
2. Trouble calls are
normally completed within 2 working days from the
date received. Cable service outages are investigated the same
day received. Please refer to the Trouble Shooting Checklist before calling the cable
office. A service charge of $15.00 may be assessed if the trouble
call is determined to be due to customer's equipment.
3. Our
employees are trained and have the authority to do whatever is
reasonably necessary to solve a customer's problem or initiate
the solution, including replacement of any non-operating cable
system equipment.
