Trim, Shape, and Tone
Instructor George Pis mixes cardio and strength training to give a complete workout in a fun atmosphere. Weights, bands, & balls are used diversely to energize the muscles of the body. George will guide the class through stretching, cardio, and light weight training. This class is for everyone.
Monday/Thursday: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Saturday: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Fees: $5 per class or $30 for all classes per month
