Valve Maintenance Trailer 

The City of Bardstown will be accepting bids for a Standard LX Valve Maintenance Trailer VMT, gas powered, manufactured by Wachs. 

Sealed Bids for the Valve Maintenance Trailer will be received, by the City of Bardstown, at the office of the City Clerk, 220 N. Fifth Street, Bardstown, KY 40004, until 10: 00 a.m. local time on August 31, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be immediately opened and read.  Bids must be mailed or dropped off to City Hall.  Any Bids received after the time designated for opening will be returned unopened.  The City is not responsible for Bids received late.  Bid results will promptly be made public via the City’s website, www.cityofbardstown.org.

Bids shall be marked “Valve Maintenance Trailer”.   

The Contract Award will be made in writing to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. 
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid proposals and to waive any informality.
