BFD Life Safety Inspection Program
The Bardstown Fire Department in 1991 adopted ordinance 95.01 that states that the Bardstown Fire Department shall conduct Life Safety inspections on all businesses within the city limits in accordance with KRS. The city adopted this ordinance to ensure employee safety and employer compliance with NFPA life safety codes.
