The 6th, 7th and 8th grade basketball league is a developmental league open to any student enrolled in 6th, 7th and 8th grade.  All players must register individually through the Recreation Department. Players will be divided into teams based on a draft, by coaches, during an evaluation practice that each player will need to attend.  A player may not be 15 years of age before January 1 of the current year and may NOT have played on any school team during the current basketball season.  Even though winning is a goal, equal playing time is a higher priority.  Equal playing time allows for developing and strengthening skills and building confidence.
