Job Opening: Seasonal Maintenance Worker
SEASONAL MAINTENANCE WORKER
The City of Bardstown is looking for a qualified individual to fill the temporary position of Seasonal Maintenance Worker with our Public Works Department.
JOB DUTIES
- Collects garbage and refuse on assigned daily routes by use of hand-carried containers and deposits in collection vehicle.
- Puts brush and tree limbs into brush chipping machine and cleans up debris from chipping operation.
- Assists in performing minor repairs on collection vehicle; assists in cleaning and sanitizing collection vehicle.
- May perform other unrelated duties in the Department.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
