Lincoln Trial District Health Department has expanded Phase 3 to include all eligible individuals listed below.  Appointments will be on a first-come, first-served basis, dependent on vaccine supply. Individuals who do not receive an appointment should continue to check our website for future clinics. Adults without internet access can call 270-769-1601 to receive additional information or help with scheduling.
