Disposal of Loose Items
Sunday, March 6th is the last day that loose items can be placed on monuments or on the ground at the City Cemetery. 

There will be a thorough clean-up to remove any items that are not secured to a monument. Any items that would create debris or hinder safety, maintenance, or mowing will be disposed of on Monday, March 7th. This includes, but is not limited to, flower arrangements, solar lights, figurines, toys, balloons, eternal flames, and shepherd’s hooks. Please remove these items so that the City may begin the mowing and trimming season. Thank you for your cooperation.

Note: A notice was posted in the Kentucky Standard stating that the last day for loose items was on Tuesday, March 1st 2022. This deadline has been extended to give time to the public to come collect those items they may wish to keep.
