Annual Water Main Flushing Program Underway

The City of Bardstown Water Department’s annual flushing program is underway. During flushing, customers in these areas may experience discolored water or air in the lines. Please allow your faucet to run for a few minutes to clear any sediment particles and air bubbles that may have been trapped in your service lines.

  • Wed 3/1 - Clermont Dr., Planeview Dr., Streamview Lane East (Withrow Ridge Subdivision), US 62 / West Stephen Foster Ave., Edelen Ave. at North Kennett Ave. and Jones Ave., Bartley Ave. at South Center St., State St. at Kurtz Ave.,  South Kennett Ave., US-31E / Cathedral Manor at Muir Ave.
  • Thur 3/2 - Central Downtown Area of Bardstown
  • Mon 3/6 - Northwest Area of Downtown Bardstown
  • Tue 3/7 - South and East Areas of Downtown Bardstown
  • Wed 3/8 - South Area of Downtown Bardstown
  • Thur 3/9 - Edgewood Neighborhood and South 3rd St.
  • Mon 3/13 - Halstead Addition Area, W. John Rowan Blvd. Businesses and the Chambers Blvd./John Rowan Light Industrial Park Area
  • Thur 3/26 - Henrytown Area
  • Fri 3/17 - Wickland, Kensmen, and Areas off US-62 Bloomfield Rd. 
  • Mon 3/20 - Garden Park, Bardstown Village and Honeysuckle Apartment Complexes in Bardstown
  • Tue 3/21 - Nelson Co. Justice Center Area
  • Wed 3/22 - Springhill, Parkview, Cliffwood, and Roberts Subdivisions in Bardstown.
  • Thur 3/23 - Wilson and Withrow Industrial Parks and in the Mainstream Division along the following roads: Wilson Parkway, Withrow Ct., Nutter Dr., Nazereth Dr., Kelly Dr., North 3rd Street (US-31E), New Shepherdsville Rd (KY-245), Morton Avenue, Bethlehem Way.
