Please come in to City Hall located at 220 N. 5th St. in Bardstown to fill out a utilities services contract. We'll also ask you for a valid US government-issued ID.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Renters must provide a paper copy of a valid lease agreement and may be required to obtain written permission for a utilities install from their landlord.
- A deposit may be required to establish commercial and residential service (depending on a credit score rating and/or previous pay history).
Customers may apply for service during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The City of Bardstown does not offer gas utility services. LG&E and KU do service the Bardstown/Nelson County area.
